Jun Xu is Professor of Sun Yat-Sen University School of Pharmaceutical Sciences. He has completed his PhD at the age of 30 years from University of Science & Technology of China and postdoctoral studies from Australian National University and McGill University. He is the founding director of Research Center for Drug Discovery(RCDD), which consisits of Bio/Chemo-informatics lab, Drug Design lab, Phyto/Medicinal Chemistry lab, Structure biology lab, and Drug Screening lab. He has published more than 80 papers in reputed journals and has been serving as an editorial board member of a number of reputed international journals.

Prof. Dr Syed Azhar Syed Sulaiman obtained his undergraduate degree from Universiti Sains Malaysia and later pursue Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from Michigan USA.He worked as junior lecturer for 2 years then he was elected to the deputyDean and later Dean School of Pharmaceutical Sciences Universiti Sains Malaysia from 2002 until 2012. He is actively involved in teaching clinical pharmacy in Malaysia and various countries in Asia Pacific. He was invited by the faculty and schools of pharmacy namely in Iran, India, Turki, Vietnam, China, Jordan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Africa, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Mongolia, India, Pakistan, Emirates,Sudan and few other countries to teach undergraduates and Master in Clinical Pharmacy program. In the countries he is also actively being invited to numerous of public and private universities to teach clinical pharmacy. He is actively involved in various organisation in the country and internationally. Currently he is the council member for Malaysian Pharmaceutical Society and involve in various international organisation such as WHO consultant for Asia Pacific region, ACCP as Board of Director and Country Chairman, Board of Director for Asian Assciation of School of Pharmacy and country chairman for Malaysia, Country representative for education Chapter in FAPA and few others. He was also the past immediate president for Malaysia Pharmacy Dean Council for Public universities. He also involved in Halal Pharmaecuticals and actively involved in promoting Halal concept especially Halal Pharmaceutical. Recently he was the Representative for Malaysia for OIC countries promoting for Halal Pharmaceuticals. For past few years he has won numerous award nationally and internationally. In 2010, he was named as the winner of Ishidate award for the best Pharmacy Educator in Asia Pacific, the first Muslim in the world to received it and the first Malaysian to win such award. Later in 2011 he was annouced as the most outstanding pharmacist in Malaysia . He has also won various awards in the universities for the excellence university staf, excellence award for lecturer, The Sanggar Sanjjung Award for the Best Individual achievement and few other awards in publications and grants.He has produced more that 4 dozens PhD’s and master in clinical pharmacy by research and published more then 300 papers in various journals and abstracts around the world. He is also the editor and committee members for various journals in Malaysia, Indonesia, Mongolia, Canada, India and few others around the globe.

He is also actively involved in research activities involving Palm oil tocotrienol for diabetes, Alzheimer, peripheral neuropahty ; halal concept of pharmaceutical products, production of new insulin like structure for diabetes product from frog and few other research areas.

Dr. David A. Latif is currently Professor and Department Chair of Pharmaceutical and Administrative Sciences at the University of Charleston’s School of Pharmacy. Dr. Latif earned a Masters in Business Administration from Augusta State University and a Ph.D. in Economic, Social and Administrative Pharmacy from Auburn University.

Dr. Latif’s current research interests include pharmacist manpower and examining the relationship between pharmacists' moral reasoning, their work climates, and specific performance measures, such as clinical decision-making. Dr. Latif has published numerous peer-reviewed articles in such journals, as the American Journal of Pharmaceutical Education, Annals of Pharmacotherapy, and the Journal of American Pharmacists Association relating to his research interests.

Dr Paul C. Ho completed his PhD from the University of Queensland on the topic of clinical pharmacokinetics in the elderly. Subsequently, he was the post-doctoral fellow in the Upjohn Center of Clinical Pharmacology, University of Michigan where he studied the pharmacokinetics of controlled release dosage forms. Currently, he is the professor and deputy head of the Department of Pharmacy, National University of Singapore.Professor Ho has published over 140 scientific research articles, and 4 chapters in books in his field of study. He is currently the editorial board member and reviewer of a number of journals.

Dr. PaulC. Ho current research areas include the pharmacokinetics and biopharmaceutics of drugs for neoplastic and neurodegenerative diseases.

Zaychenko Ganna (08.11.1967 city Dushanbe, Tajikistan) - MD (2010), associate professor (2000), professor (2012), the excellent education of Ukraine, head of the department of the clinical pharmacology in Institute of pharmacy professionals qualification improvement in National university of pharmacy(with 2011 tothis date). Graduated with honors from the Kharkiv South Railway Medical College, specialty "Nursing" (1985); with honors from Kharkov Medical Institute in specialty "General Medicine" (1991).Worked as nurse of labor warden maternity hospital of the road hospital in the station "Kharkiv" (1995). In National university of pharmacy (NuPH) has been working since 1991as: trainee teacher (1991-1992), assistant (1995), senior lecturer (1995-1997) of the department of Pharmacology; postdoc student (1998-2000) of the department of Clinical pharmacy, pro-rector for academic and international affairs (2000-2005), associate professor (2005-2010), professor (2010-2011) of the department of pharmacology, head (from 2011) of the department of Clinical pharmacology IPHPQI. In 1995 defended the PhD dissertation "Pharmacological study tocolyticventokol", in 2010 - the doctoral dissertation "Pharmacological study creating a new corrector of reproductive functions from glucosamine hydrochloride." Author of over 280 scientific papers, including more than 120 articles in professional journals recommended by Higher attestation commission of Ukraine, 42 articles in the pharmaceutical encyclopedia, 16 patents, 4 methodical recommendations approved by the National expert center of Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

Dr. Vivian Lee is currently Associate Professor of the School of Pharmacy and the Assistant Dean (Student Development) of the Faculty of Medicine, Chinese University of Hong Kong. Dr. Lee received her bachelor of sciences degree in Biochemistry at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and her doctor of pharmacy degree in the School of Pharmacy, University of Southern California (USC). Dr. Lee is a certified Specialist by the Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties (US) in Pharmacotherapy and added qualification in cardiology pharmacotherapy.She has published 80 full paper and 150 abstract publications.

Dr. Lee's research interest is in clinical pharmacy outcomes research.

Dr. Hadeer Akram AbdulRazzaq has completed his PhD at 2013 in School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM). He conducted many researches in fields of clinical pharmacy and pharmacy practice. He is Assistant Professor in University Sains Malaysia (USM). He published more than 70 papers and abstracts in reputed journals and has been served as editorial board member and active reviewer in several journals. He is member in American College of Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP), American Heart Association (AHA), International Society of Pharmacovigilance (ISOP), and Asian Pacific Society of Respirology (APSR).

He conducted many researches in fields of clinical pharmacy and pharmacy practice.

Dr. Rania F. Ahmed is Researcher in the Pharmacology Department atNational Research Centre, Egypt. Previous experiences • Graduation (2002), Masters (2009) and PhD (2012): Faculty of Pharmacy- Cairo University. • Working in the research field for 14 years starting as a trainee in the laboratories of the National Research Centre; then as a Researcher Assistant and finally as a Researcher • Specialty CNS pharmacology. • Reviewer for many journals on Elsevier ex: Life Sciences, Pharmacology biochemistry and behavior, Bulletin of Faculty of Pharmacy Cairo University.

Dr. Huixiao Hong is a senior Scientist at National Center for Toxicological Research (NCTR), US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Arkansas, USA, working on the scientific bases for regulatory application and development of genomics biomarkers. Before joining the FDA, he was the Manager of Bioinformatics Division at Z-Tech, an ICFI company, at NCTR. He held a Research Scientist position at Sumitomo Chemical Company in Japan. He was a visiting scientist at National Cancer Institute (NCI) at National Institutes of Health (NIH). He was also an Associated Professor and the Director of Laboratory of Computational Chemistry at Nanjing University in China. He published more than 140 scientific papers and served as Editor-in-Chief, Executive Editor and Editorial Board member for more than 10 peer-reviewed journals and as reviewer for more than 20 peer-reviewed journals. He received his Ph.D. from Nanjing University in China and did post-doctoral research at Maxwell Institute in Leeds University in England.

Dr. Tejani-Butt is a Professor of Pharmacology and Toxicology. Her research areas include the regulation of biogenic amines in an animal model of depressive behavior, implications of these biogenic amines in modulating a stress response, reward and addictive behaviors, and the action of drugs in psychiatric disorders. Dr. Tejani-Butt has been the recipient of intramural and extramural grants for the past 25 years and published extensively in peer reviewed journals. Dr. Tejani-Butt received her PhD in Medicinal Chemistry from the Medical College of Virginia, her MS in Organic Chemistry and BS in Chemistry and Microbiology from the University of Bombay.

Dr. Dianqing Sun is an Associate Professor of Pharmaceutical Sciences at the Daniel K. Inouye College of Pharmacy, University of Hawaii at Hilo. Before joining UH-Hilo, Dr. Sun was a Research Associate in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences of the College of Pharmacy at University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Dr. Sun received his Master degree from East China University of Science and Technology and his Ph.D. from the University of Memphis in Organic Chemistry, and received his postdoctoral training in Medicinal Chemistry at the University of Tennessee. Prof. Jan Kyselovic, Pharm.D., Ph. D.- holds professor position of pharmacology and pharmacy and chair of postgraduate PhD course for Pharmacology in Comenius University Bratislava, Slovakia. He is EU expert EMA for Advanced Medicines. He was Research Fellow at postdoc stay at Ottawa University, Canada and Catholic University Brussels, Belgium. He is emeritus dean of Faculty Pharmacy. He leads a team of 15 scientists (2 associate professors, 6 assistant of professors, 7 PhD students) working on extrapolation of experimental and clinical pharmacology and molecular medicine. His innovations in this field led to the receipt of the more than 7 international and 14 domestic grants. He has been supervisor theses for more than 150 students, and authored/co-authored over 80 peer-reviewed full articles, 2 books co-author, 2 book co-editor and 6 textbooks.

Prof. Akiyama currently is General Director of the Saisei Mirai Clinic in Tokyo, Japan. Saisei Mirai Clinic is one of the most comprehensive innovative cancer therapy centers in Asia. He had been a fellow in oncology at Sapporo Medical University School of Medicine. This led to clarify intracellular TNF as a resistant factor by chemotherapeutic agents. He joined the Cancer Immune Cell Therapy Center of Kudan Clinic in 2009. There he had applied cancer gene profiling as therapeutic effect of peptide-pulsed dendritic cell therapy. He was selected as “Featured Global Expert Cancer Researcher of Marquis Who's Who” in 2015.

Graduated from Hacettepe University, Ankara (BS. Pharmacy 1993, M. Sc. Pharmaceutical Chemistry 1995) and received Ph. D. on Pharmaceutical Chemistry (2000) from Hacettepe University, Ankara, Turkey. She was postoctoral fellow with Prof. Gerd Folkers at ETH-Zurich, Switzerland. She has been at Yeditepe University, Faculty of Pharmacy since 2005.

Ilkay Yildiz has completed her PhD in 1995 from Ankara University, Faculty of Pharmacy, Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry. She is full professor at the same department since 2004. She worked for Prof. Dr. James Snyder as a post-doctoral researcher at the Department of Chemistry, University of Emory, Atlanta-USA in 2000-2002. She worked as a Head of Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry in 2011-2012. And she was a Vice Directory of Graduated School of Health Science at the University of Ankara at the same time. She is an Editorial Assistant for Journal of Faculty of Pharmacy of Ankara University since 2002. She published 76 articles. Oya BOZDAÄž DÃœNDAR has completed her PhD from Ankara University. She has been lecturing to B.Sc., M.Sc. and Ph. Professor Sivakumar Manickam (Siva) is a Chemical Engineer who specializes on the Process Engineering of Nanomaterials especially Nanopharmaceuticals. His research group concentrates on the process development of cavitation based reactors (ultrasound and large scale hydrodynamic cavitation) towards technologically important nanomaterials and to treat the wastewater. His research team has developed a number of nanoformulations incorporated with active ingredients using the cavitation technology. Recent research also involves using nanocarbon materials such as CNT, Graphene and Fullerene for drug delivery and in the development of biosensor for early detection of cancer. He is heading the Manufacturing and Industrial Processes Research Division and is the Coordinator of the Centre for Nanotechnology and Advanced Materials (CENTAM). He is in the editorial board of various journals. He has published ~200 peer reviewed journal and conference papers. He is the recipient of several prizes, awards and fellowships including JSPS fellowship, Japan. He is a Fellow of Higher Education Academy (FHEA, UK) and a member of Institute of Nanotechnology (IoN). He organizes workshops and conferences and recently he chaired the 2nd Asia-Oceania Sonochemical conference at Kuala Lumpur.

Bahubali G. Nagavi has completed his PhD at the age of 29 years from BITS, Pilani, India. He has more than 36 years of teaching & research experience. Since 2007 Dr. Nagavi is working as Professor and Dean, RAK College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, RAK Medical & Health Sciences University, RAK, UAE. He has guided 35 PG’s and 05 Ph.D.’s. He was Editor of Indian Journal of Pharmacy Education and Research (IJPER) from 1997 to 2007. He has about 67 national and 12 international publications. He is a recipient of Distinguished Teacher Award of Assoc. of Pharm Teachers of India (APTI) in 1998 and has a Patent and Trade mark registration to his credit.

Prof Mohamed AA Moustafa has completed his Pharmacy education in Cairo University, and earned his PhD from School of Pharmacy at Université Catholique de Leuven, Belgium. Since 2011/2012 till now he is the chairman of pharmaceutical chemistry department, and director of the quality and academic accreditation unit of the Faculty of Pharmacy at King Abdulaziz University, KSA. Dr. Perry has studied at many universities and holds multiple degrees including a Bachelor of Arts degree in Zoology from the University of California Santa Barbara and a PhD in Marine Biology from the University of California at San Diego. He is distinguished as one of the top Alzheimer’s disease researchers with over 1000 publications, more than 60,000 citations, one of the top 100 most-cited scientists in Neuroscience & Behavior and one of the top 25 scientists in free radical research. Dr. Perry is a Semmes Foundation Distinguished chair in Neurobiology and is an active participant in many other scientific associations. In addition, Perry is an Editor of numerous scientific journals including Journal of Alzheimer’s Disease which he founded in 1998. Today, Perry continues his love for research while working as Dean of the College of Sciences at The University of Texas at San Antonio.

Dr. Mirza R. Baig is currently working as a Professor in Clinical Pharmacy in Dubai Pharmacy College, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. He did his PhD in Clinical Pharmacy from University Science Malaysia (USM), Malaysia. He worked in Malaysia, India and have international teaching experience of about 14 years. He worked as an Acting Dean for a brief period in AIMST University, Malaysia. He published 4 books related to Clinical Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Care. He published more than 30 Research papers and articles in International Journals. He is in the editorial board in various international journals and He is a reviewer for couple of Elsevier journals. He supervised many master and PhD students for their research projects. He also reviewed several Master and PhD thesis as an external examiner. He received couple of awards in his career, one of it as a young scientist award in Malaysia, Best Presentation for the research project in DUPHAT 2015 in Dubai, Best presentation award in IPC 2003, in India.

Yalda Shokoohinia has completed her Pharm D in 2005 and her PhD in 2011 both from Isfahan University of medical sciences. She started as an assistant professor in Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences in 2011 and awarded as associate professor in 2015. Dr. Noreddin has outstanding records of scientific and academic accomplishments with multiple research funding, numerous publications in highly prestigious journals and various presentations in both national and international conferences. He served as a scientific reviewer for the NIH as well as other national and international research institutions.

ROSEANE SANTOS, graduated at Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, as Pharmacist and as Biochemical-Pharmacist, a 5-year program. Before coming to United States, she worked as Hospital Pharmacist at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro where she had the opportunity to be involved with different aspects of clinical research and drug monitoring. Her passage by the food and drug regulatory agency of Brazil, Division of Medicines (DIMED) and as consultant for Pharmaceutical Industry strengthened her skills on regulatory affairs. She also obtained her Master Degree in Hospital Pharmacy and accepted the position as Assistant Professor of Pharmacology at private and federal universities. In 1999, she was awarded a 4-year scholarship from Brazilian Government to study abroad and came with her family to USA for PhD. Program at State University of New York at Buffalo, from where she graduated on November of 2004. Her thesis involved the knowledge of basic molecular biology techniques as cloning, immunoassays, and state-of-the-art technology such as micro-arrays, gene sequencing and real-time PCR, looking to the most different aspects of the gene expression of interferon-beta induced genes, whether playing a role in therapeutic response or as disease biomarkers. After graduation she was appointed as Assistant Professor at Pharmaceutical Sciences Department of Nova Southeastern University College of Pharmacy, Fort Lauderdale, FL. At the present, she is Assistant Professor at South University School of Pharmacy, teaching in the area of main expertise – pharmacology. Dr. Santos research laboratory is focused in the area of Coffee and Health and her major interest is on recently discovered bioactive compounds present in coffee known as chlorogenic acids and lactones and their effects on human health. Her research focus is into the characterization of a biomarker for coffee intake to provide the necessary bridge between clinical studies (epidemiologic) and basic science (molecular biology). It will make possible to correlate coffee consumption biomarker levels of specific target study population, as to potential health effects. She also works in the development of healthy byproducts from coffee, such as functional and fortified coffee and serves as consultant for coffee industry.

Major interest is on recently discovered bioactive compounds present in coffee known as chlorogenic acids and lactones and their effects on human health. Her research focus is into the characterization of a biomarker for coffee intake to provide the necessary bridge between clinical studies (epidemiologic) and basic science (molecular biology)

Stig Larsen has completed his DSc in Clinical Research Methodology at Ullevål Hospital, Oslo University Norway. He is professor at the Norwegian University of Life Science and has published more than 300 papers in international medicine and clinical research methodological journals.

Dr. Jack Salmon is a professor of health policy and administration at UIC School of Public Health. Dr. Salmon has been serving in his position for the past 29 years and has become an integral part of the school’s success. An expert on corporate for-profit health care developments, he has been concerned with equity in access for vulnerable populations here and internationally. Dr. Salmon is tasked with researching corporate medicine and pharmacy, alternative medicine, urban health systems, international health, and managed care pharmacy, teaching public health policy and administration, writing and publishing books, and consulting. Roger S. Klotz obtained his degree in pharmacy at the University of Illinois College of Pharmacy in Chicago. He is an Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice and Administration at Western University of Health Science in Pomona, CA. Western University of Health Sciences require that all students in the 9 healthcare professional colleges successful complete the Inter-professional Education curriculum. Professor Klotz has published 82 pre-reviewed papers and contributed to 9 textbooks. Professor Klotz has provided anticoagulation services to patients referred by their physician since July 2009

His research interests are in the area of pharmacy practice as it relates to clinical and economic outcomes analysis. The areas of pharmacy practice Professor Klotz is interested in focusing on are in drug and nutrition therapy management, in particular that which focuses on specific disease states. He is adjunct assistant professor of King Saud University college of Pharmacy. Dr. Alomi worked as clinical pharmacist in critical care area and nutrition support.
